Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule that available time. If you do not contact me within 48 hours before your appointment time you will be responsible for paying $50 of your session cost. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Due to a recent rise in last minute cancellations, this policy will be enforced.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without contacting me will be considered a “no-show.” They will be responsible for the full cost of their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full price of your session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for people with contagious or infectious diseases. If you are feeling unwell please contact me as soon as you are aware that you are unwell so we can reschedule your session.
Code of conduct
I strive to treat everyone with the upmost respect and care. However, I reserve the right to refuse business to anyone, anytime and for any reason. My office is a healing environment for all that walk through my door and any misconduct, inappropriate behavior or harassment will NOT be tolerated.
