I have been a licensed, practicing massage therapist since 2005 after graduating from The Polarity Realization Institute in Portland, Maine.  I hold a BA in Art from the University of Southern Maine. In addition to PRI's accredited Deep Tissue Therapy program, I have continuted my education by studying Reiki, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as well as RYSE I-IV.

In 2008, I expanded my knowledge by studying skin care in an intensive, 1000 hour apprenticeship program.  As a licensed esthetician, I feel skin care is just as potent for our self care as massage.  I primarily use organic jojoba as a medium for my sessions, all other products are as organic when possible and contain no nuts or coconut oil.

My mission is to bring healing to your body, peace to your mind, and serenity to your soul. I believe in treating every body with a compassionate and empathetic touch because only then can a person surrender themselves fully to their own healing potential.  I look forward to working with you!
